Aladdin 88 Terms & Conditions – Malaysia Betting Platform Usage Policy

1 Member Eligibility

To register and use the Aladdin 88 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Be at least 18 years old at the time of registration.
• A valid Malaysian resident or citizen, or an individual accessing this platform from a location where online betting is permitted under local law.
• Has full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.
• Not listed on any active self-exclusion programme.
• Has never had an Aladdin 88 account closed due to fraud or a previous breach of terms.

2 Account Registration

Registering an Aladdin 88 account is quick and straightforward. Here are the requirements and responsibilities relating to your account:

• Each individual may only register one (1) account only. Owning or controlling multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.

5 Game Rules

All games offered on the Aladdin 88 platform — including live casino, Malaysian Super League and EPL football betting, lottery, poker, cricket, and e-sports — are subject to the following rules:

• The outcome of all games is final and may not be disputed unless there is clear, verifiable evidence of a technical fault.
• In the event of a technical disruption during an active game, Aladdin 88 reserves the right to void or declare results based on the data available at the time of the disruption.
• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled by members. Please review all your bet details carefully before confirming.
• For Sports Betting, official results announced by the relevant sporting authority (e.g., the Football Association of Malaysia for the Super League, or the relevant international cricket body) are final.
• Aladdin 88 reserves the right to reject or void any bet suspected of involving fraud, manipulation, or insider information.
• Minimum and maximum betting limits for each game are displayed within the respective game interface and are subject to change from time to time.

6 Member Conduct

All Aladdin 88 members are expected to conduct themselves responsibly and with respect for all parties. The following actions are strictly prohibited:

• Using automated software, bots, or any tools designed to exploit or hack Aladdin 88's systems.
• Colluding or conspiring with other members to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Providing false information, impersonating another person, or using fraudulent documents.
• Using the Aladdin 88 platform for money laundering or any other illegal activity.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing any member or staff of Aladdin 88.
• Attempting to access another member's account or Aladdin 88's internal systems without authorisation.

Violating any of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension, balance freezing, and legal action where deemed necessary.

7 Account Closure & Suspension

Aladdin 88 reserves the right to suspend or close a member's account for the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision under these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal activities.
• Failure to pass the KYC verification process within the stipulated timeframe.
• Account closure requested by the member through the self-exclusion programme.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months.

If an account is closed due to a violation, Aladdin 88 reserves the right to forfeit all bonus balances. Any cash balance (actual deposited funds that remain unused) will be returned to the member upon completion of the investigation, subject to applicable legal requirements.

8 Liability Limits
